15 MINUTES OF FEMME

Visual identity for a live music and arts festival with a focus on queer and femme artists.

15 Minutes of Femme is a music festival funded by the Berlin Music Board.

The festival focuses on emerging artists and gives them room to shine. Along with live performances, the festival also features artists, acrobats, and a market for queer-owned businesses.

I wanted to create branding that showed how the word ‘femme’ can be just as fluid as the people who identify as such. What does femme mean to you? What will it mean in the future?

I wanted to include as many colors as possible so I chose to use a CMYK palette (with a twist) and use those colors in gradients to get a rainbow of shades.
